401K with Employer Match
The eHarmony, Inc. 401(k) Retirement Plan allows employees to save and invest tax deferred money for retirement through Fidelity Investments. The plan offers a wide selection of funds and a very comprehensive menu of investment options from which to choose. eHarmony also offers a company match to help you build your retirement account faster.

Paid Time Off and Vacation/Sick Time
eHarmony provides full-time employees with a total of 19 days per year for vacation, sick and personal time off. An additional five days is accrued after two years of employment.

Holidays
eHarmony has eight paid holidays per year.

Life and AD&D Insurance
eHarmony offers Life and AD&D Insurance free of charge to all employees. You can also purchase supplemental life insurance for yourself, your spouse and your children.

Corporate Wellness Program
All employees are eligible to receive a fitness club discount and can participate in Weight Watchers @ Work challenges throughout the year.
