At eHarmony, we’re all about great relationships. We love helping bring people together, and we take our work personally. We hear from hundreds of success couples weekly and weave their stories into our culture. Hundreds of their pictures adorn our walls and serve as a constant reminder of why we do what we do. Success couples regularly visit our offices and are introduced at our company meetings. It is motivating and inspiring for us to meet these happy couples face to face.

We also aim to build and strengthen relationships among our employees. We attract top talent across a wide range of expertise, from cutting-edge Java engineers to PhD psychology researchers. We work hard, but we also play hard, taking time out to get to know each other at over 20 fun, team-building events and activities throughout the year.

The entryway of the office features an inspirational quote from our founder, Dr. Neil Clark Warren, reminding employees how valuable they are: “You are eHarmony. Talented. Caring. Kind. May you always appreciate your gifts. For right this minute those very gifts have the power to change the world.”

Our culture is all about our customers. Actual eHarmony couples are represented in the art and décor throughout our offices to remind us why our work is so important.

Our break room, equipped with a pool table, satellite TV, and free snacks and beverages, provides employees a place to eat, socialize, and relieve a little stress.

The meeting rooms are named after the positive emotions evoked by relationships such as trust, happiness, passion, and love. All public spaces have pictures of real eHarmony couples with personal quotes, such as “My heart just feels like it’s home now.”

Regular company meetings keep employees informed of the eHarmony’s progress and how they contribute personally in our company’s growth and success.

Once a month, eHarmony caters lunch for all employees. It’s a time to catch up with fellow co-workers.

eHarmony’s annual bowling night allows employees to show off their skills and bowl for prizes such as Best Form, Trick Shooter and Captain Hook.

Dodgers night is one of eHarmony’s favorite activities. Whether the Dodgers win or lose, it’s always fun to root for the home team with fellow members of the eHarmony team.

eHarmony regularly treats outstanding employees with suite-level tickets to concerts and Kings, Lakers, and Clippers games.

We end the year in style with our much-anticipated holiday party.
